Andrea Borg is a former corporate executive who earned her MBA at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In 2011, she was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of Acute Myeloid Leukemia and given less than 90 days to live. She rejected the death sentence and became an active participant in her return to health.
She is the author of the upcoming book, The Mindset Cure: How I Beat My 90 Day Death Sentence, which tells the story of her illness, her journey back to health and the lessons she learned along the way. Publication is anticipated in late 2017.
Andrea is also a speaker on the topics of executive stress and the effects of our modern lifestyle on the health and happiness of business owners, professionals, parents, students and workers at all levels.
Based on her personal experience, she also speaks to organizations and groups on this topic: “What to Do When Western Medicine Isn’t Enough – How You Can Help to Heal Yourself.”
Besides being an author and speaker, she has been a long-time volunteer serving her community. She led a troop of active teenage Girl Scouts for 25 years and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for her local Girl Scout Council.
Andrea lives in Arizona with her husband and near her children, grandchildren, siblings and extended family.
